GENERAL CONDITIONS OF THE CONTRACT

OBJECT

These general conditions regulate the tourist accommodation contract between the contracting person (hereinafter, also a user) and START TODAY, SL (hereinafter HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF) CIF B02641355, registered office at Xalet del golf, Devesa del Golf S / N, 17539 BOLVIR (GIRONA), registered in the Mercantile Registry of Barcelona, Volume 4797, Folio 180, Page B553756, email reservas@chaletdelgolf.com, telephone +34 972 884 320.

HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF It is duly registered in the Catalan Tourism Registry, with registration identifier HG-002274, hotel type (H), control digit 79, 4-star category.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS

By contracting our services offered on this website, the contractor expressly states that he has read, understood and accepts without reservation these general conditions, as well as the particular ones that may be established. All general conditions will be permanently available to Users prior to contracting and may be stored and reproduced and printed in the current version at all times.

These conditions will have an indefinite period of validity, HOTEL XALET DEL GOLF reserving the right to modify them unilaterally, without this affecting the services or promotions that were contracted prior to the modification, so users are advised to Read them carefully each time you access this portal, understanding those that are published in it at any time in force.

The contract will not be archived. It will be written in Spanish, and in the consumer relations that take place in Catalonia, also in Catalan.

CONTRACTING PROCEDURE

• Step 1. Room selection. You must indicate the day of arrival and departure, number of people per room and click on «Search». The available rooms will be shown below, having to choose the one that interests you, the number of occupants, the number of rooms and the diet you prefer from those offered.
• Step 2. Personal information. When continuing with the reservation, you must provide the personal information requested, including a credit card to guarantee the reservation. Once all the requested fields have been filled in, you must press the «confirm reservation» button for the data entered to be sent.
• Step 3. Reserve confirmation. Once the data has been received after clicking the «confirm reservation» button, you will receive an email confirming the reservation.

TECHNICAL MEANS TO CORRECT ERRORS

During the reservation process and before pressing the button to proceed to confirm the reservation, the user will be able to correct any error and will be prevented from continuing if all the information requested is not provided. Also before proceeding to confirm the reservation, the user may change the content and even cancel it in its entirety, being able to go back to the previous screens to make the appropriate corrections.

CAPACITY OF THE ACCOMMODATION UNITS AND SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF USE OR ENJOYMENT OF THE ESTABLISHMENT

The maximum legal capacity of our accommodation units as well as the special conditions and conditions of use or enjoyment of the establishment are those indicated in each case on the website before making a reservation.

Pets are not allowed.

During their stay at the hotel, minors must be accompanied by an adult.

WHO CAN CONTRACT

In order to contract the tourist accommodation services offered on our website, the user declares that they are at least 18 years of age.

CANCELATION CONDITIONS

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the arrival date, 100% of the price of the first night will be charged.

Except in high season, which will be 7 days before.

No-show will incur a 100% charge of the stay.

COMPENSATION FOR WAIVER OF STAY

It is mandatory to make the payment of the entire stay once the check-in is done, any early departure with notice of less than 48 hours will imply the charge of the nights not made.

PRICES AND OTHER EXPENSES

The prices applicable to each accommodation are those published on the website and applied automatically, to which will be added, where appropriate, the additional expenses or services that the client has consented, configuring the sum of all these concepts the total due of payment in the last phase of it

Los precios que se indican incluyen el Impuesto sobre el Valor Añadido (IVA), expresándose en la moneda Euro (€).

El impuesto sobre estancias en establecimiento turísticos (IEET) es aplicable a las personas que hagan estancia en los establecimientos de alojamientos turísticos en Catalunya mayores de 16 años, devengándose al inicio de la estancia, por lo que su cobro se exigirá en la fecha de llegada al mismo en función de la edad de cada persona alojada.

GARANTÍA, MEDIOS DE PAGO Y FACTURACIÓN DE LA RESERVA

Para garantizar la reserva, deberá facilitar sus datos de tarjeta de crédito, a través de una plataforma segura, que cumple con los estándares internacionales de seguridad con certificación PCI DSS.

El pago de la reserva se hará directamente en el hotel, salvo que concurra causa de penalización por haber cancelado la reserva fuera de los plazos fijados, o no se presente en el establecimiento en la fecha acordada de entrada. En estos casos se procederá a cargar en la tarjeta el importe correspondiente.

El cliente autoriza que una vez hecho el pago si quiere factura, se le expida factura electrónica, pudiendo revocar el consentimiento en cualquier momento.

CONFIRMACIÓN DE LA RESERVA

Cuando recibamos su solicitud de reserva, procederemos a confirmárselo por correo electrónico en la dirección que nos haya facilitado, en el plazo de 24 horas, enviándole un acuse de recibo que indicará el número de reserva y contendrá las condiciones generales y en su caso particulares del contrato.

COMUNICACIÓN CON LA PERSONA USUARIA

Las comunicaciones con la persona usuaria del establecimiento de alojamiento turístico se realizarán a través de medios electrónicos, como es el correo electrónico, teléfono, incluida la mensajería instantánea, por lo que deberá facilitar los datos activos en cada momento para tal finalidad.

Para cualquier información sobre la reserva, el usuario contará con el teléfono de atención a clientes, teléfono +34 972 884 320 o podrá contactar vía correo electrónico a la dirección reservas@chaletdelgolf.comindicando el número de reserva que le fue asignado en el correo electrónico de confirmación de la reserva.

DERECHO DE DESESTIMIENTO

Conforme a la normativa vigente, no le asiste el derecho de desistimiento del presente contrato de suministro de servicios de alojamiento para fines distintos del de servir de vivienda.

INFORMACIÓN SOBRE LA RESERVA, QUEJAS Y RECLAMACIONES

En el caso que quiera formular una reclamación, queja o solicitar información sobre los productos ofertados o contratados, pueden llamar al teléfono +34 972 884 320 o podrá contactar vía correo electrónico a la dirección reservas@chaletdelgolf.com

Se informa también que los consumidores y usuarios tienen a su disposición hojas oficiales de queja, reclamación y denuncia que se le enviarán en soporte electrónico previa solicitud formulada mediante correo electrónico a la dirección antes indicada.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

El check-in deberá hacerse entre las 15h y las 21 horas y el check-out entre las 8h y las 12h.

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

La interpretación y aplicación de estas condiciones se regirán por la legislación española.

En caso de conflicto, sin perjuicio de someterse a lo que establezca imperativamente la ley especialmente cuando el contratante sea un consumidor o usuario, con renuncia a cualquier otro foro que pudiere corresponderles, las partes se someten expresamente a la jurisdicción de los juzgados de la ciudad de Sabadell.
